Foundership Accelerator

The program runs for 30 days, starting every First Friday of each month. It includes 40-60 minutes every week 1-1 working hours, access to Slack for ongoing daily catch up discussions, and group/peer to peer activities among startups in each cohort. It aims to solve business growth problems such as customer discovery, acquisition, product positioning, sales conversions, and defining growth strategy. Support includes hands-on mentor board, community growth frameworks, assistance in closing funding rounds, finding partners within the founder network, and tech & product growth strategy.

Foundership runs a Startup Accelerator to enable pre-seed/seed-stage startups to accelerate growth and get funding options. Our seed acceleration program is an intense 4-months program where we work hands-on with the startup founder. The program supports new startups to accelerate growth through coaching, raising capital, and leveraging the founders' network. Funding partners are invited to participate early to work with startups and choose to invest.

These programs are not courses or recorded videos but live group cohorts. Each program is cohort-based around specific themes, accommodating only 3 to 6 founders/leaders. Participants identify their problem statement, challenges, and bottlenecks, working with peer founders/leaders and founder mentors to execute an implementation plan. The program aims to solve problems, create growth momentum, and utilizes action-oriented frameworks to reduce implementation time and accelerate goals. It involves a 1.5-hour Zoom live program per week, two days with program mentors, and a Slack channel to track progress and reach mentors, requiring a commitment of 3-6 hours a week.
