This workshop, organized by The AI Collective in partnership with Masters' Union, offers an intensive 60-minute live build session focused on creating a working Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline from scratch. RAG systems are crucial for developing AI applications that can answer questions using specific data, documents, and knowledge bases, moving beyond generic chatbot functionalities.
The session is designed for intermediate developers who possess Python knowledge and have experience with APIs or LLMs. It is particularly beneficial for QA engineers, automation engineers, backend developers, and anyone actively transitioning into AI roles. Participants will follow along with a senior AI practitioner to build a RAG-powered document assistant capable of answering questions from a knowledge base without hallucinating, and will leave with working code.
Agenda Highlights:
This is a practical opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly sought-after AI skill. Seats are limited to 50 and are manually curated to ensure an optimal learning environment.
