6. Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance used to run the AI tools and reports on the Site. They are a means of accessing our own services only. Credits are not money, not a payment instrument, not a deposit, and carry no cash value.
The price of a credit top-up is shown before you pay and is inclusive of GST. The number of credits a given amount buys is displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Credits are non-refundable. Once a top-up is completed, the amount paid is not refundable and unused credits cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
Purchased top-up credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any credits still unused at the end of that period lapse and cannot be reinstated or refunded.
Credits included with a subscription are separate from purchased top-up credits. They are granted for a billing period and expire at the end of that period; they do not carry forward.
Credits are issued to a single account and are not transferable between accounts or users.
A credit balance is consumed when you run a tool. Where a run fails for reasons attributable to us, we restore the credits used for that run.
We may suspend, withhold, or cancel credits obtained through a failed, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payment, or through misuse of a promotional code or offer.
We may change credit pricing, the rate at which an amount converts into credits, and the credit cost of any tool. Changes apply to purchases and runs made after the change and do not alter credits you have already bought.
7. Analytics
We may use analytics and behavioral tracking tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand user activity and improve the Site experience. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any user account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements.
