GENESIS Investment 2.0 (MeitY) Closes 24 September

Spearheaded by MeitY Startup Hub (MSH), the GENESIS Investment 2.0 initiative supports India's deep-tech startup ecosystem. It targets promising ventures in Tier II and Tier III cities, providing capital to bridge funding gaps for early to growth-stage technology startups.

This program offers a 1:1 matching fund of up to ₹50,00,000, enabling eligible startups to secure capital and connect with investors for accelerated scaling. It aligns with the broader "Gen-Next Support for Innovative Startups (GENESIS)" scheme by focusing on a matching investment structure.

MIDC Innovation Grand Challenge 2026 (MIDC) Closes 25 September

The MIDC Innovation Grand Challenge 2026, launched by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, seeks to foster innovation addressing sustainability and infrastructure challenges within MIDC's industrial estates. The AIC-SKU Prototype Support Grant is an initiative by the Atal Incubation Centre - Sri Krishnadevaraya University (AIC-SKU). It provides financial assistance to early-stage startups in their innovation journey, specifically to overcome hurdles in transforming validated ideas into tangible, working prototypes.

With financial assistance of up to ₹3,00,000 per startup, AIC-SKU aims to accelerate proof-of-concept and prototype development. This support is available to innovators, student entrepreneurs, researchers, and faculty members associated with AIC-SKU, helping them validate ideas and protect intellectual property.

NexHack 2.0 (IITM) Closes 26 September

NexHack 2.0 is a 36-hour national-level hackathon organized by the Institute of Information Technology & Management (IITM), New Delhi. Scheduled for 25th–26th September 2026, it invites student innovators from across India to build AI-driven solutions to real-world challenges.

The hackathon is open to students from all colleges and universities, with teams of 2–5 members encouraged, including cross-disciplinary teams and beginners. The winning teams can secure prizes up to ₹37,000.

TANUH - C-CAMP Innovations Program: AI in NCDs (C-CAMP) Closes 28 September

The TANUH - C-CAMP Innovations Program is a collaboration between the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) and the TANUH Foundation. It seeks promising Indian-developed, AI-based innovations that address priority non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

Focus areas include cardiovascular diseases, cancer, chronic respiratory disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, and metabolic liver diseases. The program will support a total of 8 innovations across three categories from a ₹2.25 crore grant pool, with individual funding up to ₹50,00,000, matched to the technology stage.
