The program includes online training modules on brand positioning, digital marketing, customer experience, sales strategy, digitalization and AI tools, financial preparation, credit, grants, investment, and export support. It offers group mentoring, experience sharing among women founders, and a personalized Company Development Report. The program concludes with a Demo Day at Sabancı Center. Eligible companies must have at least 50% female ownership, a team of at least 2 people, and be able to dedicate approximately 6 hours per week to the program.

AcceleratorA 12-week intensive hybrid acceleration program for early-stage technology entrepreneurs, aiming to clarify ideas, develop products, business models, and market entry strategies.

The program offers application-oriented content, mentorship, coaching, and workshops on topics such as problem-customer definition, value proposition, product direction, business model, pricing, sales, and investor presentations. It aims for startups to have a verified problem-customer definition, clear value proposition, working business model, market entry roadmap, investor presentation, and preparedness for investment/grant processes by the end of 3 months. Successful participants gain access to TÜBİTAK BiGG Investment support through the BiGG Masters process and free office space at Marmara Teknokent for 2 years after company establishment. Participants also get access to Sabancı University academic staff, research areas, alumni network, international connections, Sabancı Group companies, and research/prototyping infrastructures like Nanotechnology Research and Application Center, KORDSA Composite Materials Excellence Center, and Collaboration Space FabLab.
