Provides changemakers with three interconnected pillars - Policy, Governments and Campaigning; Shifting Narratives; and Living Systems Change. The curriculum is delivered by experts from the climate community, including policymakers, campaigners, founders, artists, activists, and academics. It includes support from community activities, expert mentors & advisors, communities of practice, and shared resources. Participants are expected to bring their own project, theory of change, or idea to work on. Open to climate campaigners and activists, individuals from the private sector engaging in climate action, and not-for-profits working in climate action at different scales. Requires ability to attend occasional in-person events in London and commit to 4-5 hours of contact time per month for 6 months. Programme sessions take place online and run from early November to mid May.

Upskills organisations across three interconnected pillars - Strategy, Fundraising & Governance; Operational Excellence; and Living Systems & Regenerative Leadership. Through expert guidance, participants learn to strengthen internal capacity and impact by embedding regenerative practices and building resilience. This programme is open to established not-for-profit climate, nature and environmental organisations based in the UK. Requires ability to attend occasional in-person events in London and commit to approximately 3-4 hours per month online for 6 months. Programme sessions take place online and run from early November to mid May.

Example projects include creating an interactive map/dashboard to help local authorities understand electric vehicle registration trends and EV infrastructure evolution in the UK, and generating high spatial resolution datasets of sea surface temperatures to characterize trajectories of warming for the world’s coral reefs (from 1985 to 2100 using climate models) to inform conservation management decisions. The Fellowship involves using simulated climate forecasts and statistically downscaled daily sea surface temperatures to model future warming and coral bleaching risks, calculating metrics such as degree heating weeks and recurrence intervals.
