BAS is available to graduates of our Community Business Academy and provides support for entrepreneurs year-round... individualized business support services. You can work one-on-one with a coach to set objectives, create a plan, and take meaningful steps towards accomplishing your goals. Your coach will help you focus, prioritize, remain accountable, and connect you to other Sunshine Enterprises' services... services include access to our signature mentor program, Next Level Exchange (NLE) and access to our Market Ready Acceleration Program (MRAP). These services are offered at no cost and remain available for the lifetime of your businesses.
Next Level Exchange (NLE)
FellowshipA mentorship program pairing participants with experienced business mentors for one-on-one support.

A 'Next Level' Mentorship Program where participants get one on one support from a business mentor. Mentors are either successful entrepreneurs or seasoned business professionals with corporate experience. Program participants are expected to meet once a month with their mentor in person. Apply to be paired with a mentor within your industry and access a network of seasoned entrepreneurs to help you advance your model.
Market Ready Acceleration Program (MRAP)

Community Micro Equity Fund

Funded through The PNC Foundation, the Community Micro Equity Fund is a collaboration between Greenwood Archer Capital and Sunshine Enterprises that aims to fill this gap by providing equity to leverage debt or to offer equity when debt is not a viable option. The fund is designed to help connect qualified business owners and entrepreneurs in Chicago’s South and West Sides with friend and family-type capital annually. The program will create an ecosystem of support which will include business education, working capital, credit repair coaching, incubation and access to co-working space, patient mezzanine equity and strategic, ongoing mentoring. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have a startup business or an existing business with gross annual revenue of $20K; Businesses must be for-profit; Candidates must complete Sunshine Enterprise’s 12-week Community Business Academy.
