TIE Nurture

TiE Bangalore Nurture is a highly structured and integrity-driven founder mentoring program designed specifically for early-to-growth-stage startups. Created by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, this program connects participating startups with two experienced TiE Charter Members for 20 weeks of focused engagement. The program emphasizes providing strategic guidance, valuable networks, and honest feedback without taking any equity, aiming to help startups scale effectively.

This program is ideal for revenue-generating startups that have achieved early traction or show strong market signals, possess a committed founding team, and are ready to embrace challenges for significant growth. Key sectors include SaaS, AI/Deep Tech, HealthTech, FinTech, ClimateTech, Consumer, Manufacturing, Agritech, D2C, and EV/Urban Mobility.

The program journey includes several phases:

• Bootcamp I (Weeks 1-4): Kickoff, OKR setting, and baseline diagnostics.
• Mentoring Phase I (Weeks 5-10): Focus on business model, product-market fit (PMF), go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and pricing.
• Bootcamp II (Weeks 11-12): Mid-program review, gap analysis, and strategic reset.
• Mentoring Phase II (Weeks 13-18): Concentrates on growth strategies, revenue generation, partnerships, and team development.
• Bootcamp III (Week 19): Prepares startups for investor readiness and provides crucial pitch feedback.
