Yes. The funding is explicitly non-dilutive — no equity is taken and the grant does not need to be repaid.

What is the maximum funding available?

Selected awardees can receive up to ₹1 crore (INR 1 crore) in non-dilutive funding support per project.

When can I apply — is there a fixed deadline?

The WIN CoE follows a rolling call mechanism. Proposals can be submitted on a monthly basis, with submissions closing on the 20th of each month. This provides continuous opportunities to apply throughout the year.

What can the grant funds be used for?

The funding can be used for pilot studies, validation experiments, prototype refinement, scaling up the innovation, and generating critical technical or clinical data required for the next stage of fundraising or market entry.

Does my technology need to have IP or patent potential?

Yes. The innovation must be novel with potential for intellectual property generation. Applicants should have or be developing a clear IP strategy as part of the commercialisation roadmap.
