Once a startup crosses the ~₹95L revenue mark, the account transitions to a standard paid plan. The platform supports multiple payment gateways, subscription models, and currency configurations, so billing infrastructure does not need to be rebuilt at the point of upgrade. The program is self-serve: any startup can sign up directly on the Chargebee website without a formal application or approval queue. There are no stated caps on headcount, funding raised, or company age — any startup that has not yet reached ~₹95L in processed revenue can participate.

Free access ends when the startup's cumulative processed revenue reaches ~₹95L, at which point the account moves to a standard paid plan. Duration varies by how quickly the startup ramps revenue.
