The Muskaan Fellowship is an initiative for the overall development of youths, focusing on sensitizing and enhancing their capacity on community issues. It provides an intense experiential learning journey with experts and mentors, aiming for all-round development of youth and quality education in schools. The program facilitates idea exchange, thematic discussions, and knowledge building through skills modules, thematic workshops, fieldwork, and a youth cohort network. The first cohort of 25 youths received 5 days of training on soft skills, code of conduct, reasoning, English, and Mathematics.
