About this Opportunity

Pulse AI for Fintech is a 24-week accelerator program jointly launched by SanchiConnect and ThinKuvate. It is designed to provide quick term sheets and fast-track the growth of 4-6 selected startups leveraging AI for FinTech solutions.

The program offers an upfront investment of INR 2-3 Crore per startup, along with a focus on market access through Go-to-Market strategies, partner connects, pilot opportunities, and participation in an offshore global demo day.

Key benefits include one-on-one sessions with industry leaders, seasoned founders, and functional experts, and a term-sheet sign-off within 30-45 days for selected startups.

Eligibility

  • Stage: Startups in the Proof of Concept (PoC) or early revenue stage.
  • Funding Intention: Looking to raise capital.
  • Commercialization: Clear roadmap towards commercialization.
  • Technology: Building AI-driven FinTech solutions with a strong technical team and product expertise.
  • Market: Addressing a significant market opportunity with a clear competitive advantage.
  • Registration: Incorporated in India or South-East Asia.
  • Plans to expand into multiple markets (India, SEA, Global).
  • Compliance: Ability to meet compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Focus Areas: The program supports startups across diverse financial sub-domains, including Money Movement, Consumer Banking & Lending, BNPL, Commerce Enablers, CFO Suite, Risk & Identity, Embedded Finance, Social & Business Finance, Inclusive Lending, Fraud Detection, Supply Chain Finance, Insurance Tech, Regulatory Tech (RegTech), Open Banking, and Emerging Domains Aligned with ONDC.

Application Process

  1. Submit Application (15 mins): Complete the online application form with startup details, team info, and product description. Requirements include clarity of the use case/problem statement, market research, and idea/MVP exhibition.
  2. Initial Screening (2-3 weeks): The team reviews applications and shortlists candidates based on innovation, team, and market potential. Requirements include technical feasibility, market opportunity, and team capability.
  3. Pitch Presentation (2-3 weeks): Present your startup to the selection committee via video call or in-person pitch session. Requirements include a 10-slide pitch deck, product demo, and business model clarity.
  4. Termsheet & Due Diligence (4-6 weeks): Deep dive into technology, market validation, team background, and growth potential. This involves releasing a tentative cohort list, Termsheet sign-off with NDA, FDD & LDD, followed by SHA/SSA signing.
  5. Onboarding & Physical Bootcamp (3-5 days): Final selection committee meeting and notification to accepted startups. Includes expectation setting, team building, investor meet-ups, workshops, and networking sessions.
  6. Acceleration (11 weeks & ongoing support): Intensive workshops, expert mentoring, and growth-focused business support, including an opportunity calendar, visibility, and business network expansion.
