The Investment Readiness Accelerator (IRA) 2.0 by ISB I-Venture is a structured, cohort-based accelerator program designed to help early- to growth-stage startups become fully prepared to engage with institutional investors, corporate venture capital firms, and strategic partners. The program is positioned as a bridge between founder ambition and investor conviction, focusing on strengthening investment readiness rather than providing direct capital.

IRA 2.0 runs as a virtual accelerator over approximately 100 days, guiding startups through a comprehensive investment preparation journey. The program goes beyond pitch deck refinement and addresses the core building blocks required for successful fundraising. Participating startups receive structured support to refine their investment narrative, strengthen their financial models, build robust data rooms, and develop a clear understanding of term sheets, valuations, and deal structures.
