A programme approved by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India, implemented by IIM Calcutta Innovation Park with support from the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) to empower SHG entrepreneurs across the state.

Applications open for early-stage, early revenue and MVP startups in green manufacturing, sustainability, cleantech and circular economy in partnership with Pernod Ricard India Foundation. It's a 12-month program. A total of 12 promising startups will be supported from the North Eastern Region (NER).
Provides financial assistance to potential startups with promising ideas, innovations, and technologies for proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, market entry, commercialization.
Eligibility requires the applicant startup to be a company registered in India, preferably DPIIT registered/applied, with a minimum of 3 months of association with the incubator in its resident or virtual incubation program. Indian promoters must hold at least 51% shareholding. Funds can be utilized for technology development, de-risking activities, scale-up, market entry, product development, mentoring, consultancy, IPR issues, with generally not more than 10% for team salaries.
Provides financial assistance to startups with new and meritorious ideas, innovations, and technologies for product development, testing and trials, test marketing, mentoring, professional consultancy, and IPR issues.
Eligibility requires the incubatee to be a registered Indian company with a minimum of three months of residency at the TBI, with Indian promoters holding at least 51% shareholding. Support covers product development, testing and trials, test marketing, mentoring, professional consultancy, and IPR issues.

The IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP) is a Section 8 (not-for-profit) company established under IIM Calcutta, recognized as a Technology Business Incubator (TBI) by NSTEDB under DST. IIMCIP serves as the anchor institution for the startup ecosystem in eastern India, supported by DST, MeitY, BIRAC, DBT, and DPIIT.
Core Incubation Program: Provides physical office space on or near the IIM Calcutta campus, mentorship from IIM-C faculty and industry professionals, structured business model validation workshops, and access to investor networks.
Udgama Accelerator: A sector-agnostic acceleration program for growth-stage startups seeking market expansion and funding readiness.
ReGen Innovation Accelerator: Focused on sustainability, circular economy, and climate-tech ventures.
Social Impact Incubation Programme (SIIP): Targets socially impactful ventures working in livelihoods, women empowerment, assistive technology, and rural enterprise development.
Bengal Business Accelerator: State-focused program in partnership with MSME, West Bengal, targeting micro-enterprise and MSME-stage businesses.
IIMCIP has provided seed funding support of approximately ₹26 crore to incubated startups and facilitated follow-on investment of over ₹1,946 crore for its portfolio. In 2024–25, IIMCIP launched a dedicated ₹50 crore cleantech and sustainability fund for early-stage ventures in clean energy, climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, and waste-to-value solutions.
Over 8+ years, IIMCIP has mentored 5,500+ entrepreneurs, supported 1,000+ startups, created 35,000+ jobs, and scaled 450 rural enterprises.
