About T-Hub

T-Hub is India's largest innovation campus, established in 2015 as a public-private partnership between the Government of Telangana, IIIT Hyderabad, ISB, and NALSAR University of Law. Located in Hyderabad, T-Hub's 5.72 lakh sq ft facility (T-Hub 2.0, launched in 2022) is among the world's largest innovation campuses. With over 2,300 startups supported and portfolio companies having raised more than $2 billion in funding, T-Hub has positioned Hyderabad as a top-tier startup city in India.

Role in the Startup Ecosystem

T-Hub operates as a full-stack innovation ecosystem — it incubates early-stage startups, runs sector-specific acceleration programs, connects startups with corporate partners for pilot opportunities, and provides international soft-landing services for startups looking to expand globally. Its unique public-private structure gives it both the government mandate to operate at scale and the operational flexibility of a private organization.

Programs and Initiatives

Key programs include the T-Hub Incubation Program (6-18 months of hands-on support including workspace, mentorship, and investor access), Lab32 (a deep-tech focused program), T-Bridge (international market access through partnerships with ecosystems in the US, UK, Japan, and Singapore), and Corporate Innovation programs that match startups with large enterprises for proof-of-concept projects. T-Hub has also run Atal Innovation Mission programs and manages AIC-funded incubation tracks. The campus itself functions as a vibrant co-working and collaboration space where startups, corporates, investors, and mentors interact daily.

Notable Alumni

T-Hub's portfolio includes companies like Bluecopa, FarMart, Scapic, and MyGate. The hub reports 17 exits from its portfolio, and its startups have collectively raised over $2 billion in funding — a remarkable figure for any Indian incubator.

Who Benefits

Indian founders at any stage from ideation to growth, across all sectors. T-Hub is particularly strong for enterprise and B2B startups given its extensive corporate partnership network. Deep-tech founders benefit from the Lab32 program and proximity to IIIT Hyderabad's research capabilities. International-minded founders can leverage the T-Bridge program for cross-border expansion. T-Hub's government backing also means it can facilitate introductions to state procurement opportunities for govtech startups.

Strategic Impact

T-Hub has been transformative for Hyderabad's startup ecosystem, establishing the city as a credible alternative to Bangalore. The scale of its infrastructure, institutional backing from the Telangana government, and demonstrated outcomes ($2B+ in portfolio funding) set it apart from most Indian incubators. The T-Hub model of public-private partnership in innovation infrastructure has been studied and replicated by multiple state governments.
