When a founder buys one of our expert services — grant application support, registrations, or advisory — the Client Service Executive is who makes it happen. You are the founder's point of contact from kickoff to delivery, coordinating with our expert network and keeping everything on track.
This role is equal parts operations, communication, and care. If you like turning anxious founders into happy customers, you'll enjoy it.
What you'll do
Onboard new expert-service customers and set clear expectations on timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate between founders and our experts so applications and filings move forward on time.
Keep every engagement's status, documents, and next steps organised and up to date.
Proactively follow up on deadlines, missing documents, and open questions.
Own customer satisfaction — spot problems early and resolve them.
What we're looking for
1–4 years in customer success, account management, operations, or client servicing.
Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
Exceptional organisation and follow-through across many parallel engagements.
Empathy and patience when working with first-time founders.
Nice to have
Exposure to grants, compliance, company registration, or startup operations.
Experience with CRMs and shared inboxes.
