Startup Grants India helps thousands of Indian founders discover funding, grants, and startup perks. As a Sales Executive you own the conversion engine: you talk to founders who have shown intent, understand what they're building, and help them choose the right premium plan or expert service.
This is a founder-facing, target-driven role with a lot of ownership. You'll work directly with the core team and have a real say in how we sell.
What you'll do
Respond to inbound leads and premium/expert-service enquiries quickly and thoughtfully.
Run discovery conversations over call, WhatsApp, and email to understand each founder's stage and needs.
Convert free users into premium subscribers and expert-service customers.
Keep the CRM clean and accurate — every lead, stage, and follow-up logged.
Share what founders are asking for with the product and content teams.
What we're looking for
0–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development (SaaS or startup ecosystem is a plus).
Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
Comfort with targets and a bias toward follow-up.
Genuine interest in the Indian startup and funding ecosystem.
Nice to have
Familiarity with grants, incubators, or government startup schemes.
Experience selling a subscription product.
