The FEG Innovation Hackathon 2026 is an intensive two-day innovation challenge designed to unite tech builders, startups, and creative thinkers. Hosted in partnership with T-Hub, this event focuses on tackling real-world digital entertainment problems faced by Fortuna Entertainment Group (FEG), a leading omni-channel digital entertainment and interactive media group in Central and Eastern Europe.
Participants will choose from three distinct product challenges related to Session Quality & User Conversion, Native App Experience, and Game Load Time. The format is hands-on, requiring teams to transform an idea into a working prototype within 24 hours. Mentors and technical experts will be available throughout the build phase to provide guidance and feedback.
FEG India Solutions Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, operates as the Global Capability Centre for Fortuna Entertainment Group. It is responsible for the technology, data, and business intelligence backbone supporting FEG's global operations, including scalable data infrastructure, AI-driven platforms, advanced analytics, and consumer-facing technology at European scale. This hackathon provides a unique opportunity for participants to present their solutions directly to FEG’s product and engineering leadership.
Deliverables for the hackathon include a working prototype, a live demo, an impact case with cost-value analysis, and a compliance note. Solutions are judged based on business impact, customer experience, originality, technical feasibility, product thinking, and compliance by design, adhering to an EU baseline for data privacy and responsible gambling.

The FEG Innovation Hackathon offers cash prizes for top solutions: Winners receive ₹1 lakh (approximately EUR 1,000) per challenge, and Runners-up receive ₹50,000 (approximately EUR 500) per challenge. Beyond monetary awards, participants gain direct industry exposure by presenting their solutions to subject-matter experts, senior leadership, and jury members from FEG and T-Hub. The program provides continuous mentorship and technical guidance during the build phase. Participants also benefit from extensive ecosystem networking opportunities, connecting with developers, mentors, incubator networks, and startup communities. Crucially, teams with strong solutions may be offered post-hackathon opportunities for potential pilots, proof-of-concept deployments, or follow-up startup engagements with FEG.

चयन प्रक्रिया
Applications undergo an initial screening by a joint evaluation committee from T-Hub and FEG, assessing technical feasibility, alignment with challenge statements, and originality. Shortlisted teams are then invited to the physical hackathon where they develop and present their solutions. Judging is based on a weighted criterion: Business impact (30%), Customer experience (20%), Originality of approach (15%), Technical feasibility (15%), Product thinking (10%), and Compliance by design (10%). A strong prototype must demonstrate a credible link to the desired business outcome to be considered for an award.
