Assam reimburses 100% of SGST paid by eligible manufacturing units for 15 years, capped as a multiple of fixed capital investment.

Assam reimburses Rs 2 per unit of APDCL electricity consumed for five years, up to Rs 50 lakh a year.

Assam pays 50% of the cost of a generating set, taxes and transportation, capped at Rs 20 lakh.

Assam reimburses 100% of stamp duty on land bought for a manufacturing facility or hotel, up to Rs 25 lakh.

Assam refunds 75% of BIS, ISO, FSSAI, ZED and technology-transfer fees, up to Rs 10 lakh per unit.

Assam pays 2% interest subsidy on a unit's outstanding working capital loan for five years, up to Rs 50 lakh.

Assam reimburses 30% of public issue expenses for MSMEs listing on BSE or NSE, up to Rs 5 lakh.

Assam funds 50% of the capital cost of an effluent treatment plant, up to Rs 25 lakh per unit.

Assam pays employers a one-time Rs 10,000 for each local youth their unit employs.
