आपको क्या मिलेगा
The UNNATI Scheme offers a multi-faceted approach to financial support, designed to significantly reduce the capital and operational costs for businesses in the North-Eastern Region. This includes a robust Capital Investment Incentive (CII), providing 30% of the eligible Plant & Machinery (P&M) cost for units located in Zone A and an even more substantial 50% for those in Zone B. This direct capital injection helps businesses offset initial setup or expansion expenses. Complementing this, a Capital Interest Subvention (CIS) offers a 3% reduction on interest payments for loans in Zone A and a 5% reduction in Zone B, applicable for a continuous period of 7 years. This significantly lowers the cost of borrowing and improves cash flow. Furthermore, the Manufacturing & Services Linked Incentive (MSLI) grants eligible units in both Zone A and Zone B benefits equivalent to 100% of the Net payment of GST (GST Paid less Input Tax Credit). This incentive is available for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of commencement of commercial production or operation, or until the scheme's validity, providing a substantial boost to operational profitability and competitiveness.

चयन प्रक्रिया
Applications submitted to the UNNATI Scheme undergo a rigorous multi-stage evaluation process to identify eligible and deserving projects. Initially, a preliminary screening is conducted to ensure all basic eligibility criteria and documentation requirements are met. This is followed by a detailed technical and financial appraisal of the Detailed Project Report (DPR), bank appraisal documents, and other submitted information by a dedicated committee. The committee, comprising experts from relevant fields and government representatives, assesses the project's viability, potential for industrial growth, employment generation, and alignment with the scheme's objectives. Shortlisted projects may be subject to site visits or further queries before a final decision is made by the competent authority, ensuring only high-impact initiatives receive support.
