The Centre for Innovation, Incubation & Enterprise is open to all individuals, companies, researchers, NGOs and government and non-government establishments to post a problem in the area of its business incubation. It is a way to put a problem in front of the university's innovation community, not a route into the incubator.

Floor space and meeting rooms are the centre's own. Laboratory access runs through the host university.

About 11,000 sq ft of floor space with a landscaped garden and reception area, a conference room with projectors, a video conference room, a meeting room and a pantry.
