Two paid certificate courses in intellectual property, from a three month introductory course to a six month patent law course.

What you get

  • An introductory IPR certificate course over 12 weeks, covering IP basics, business strategy, patent careers and trademarks
  • A patent law and practice course over 24 weeks, covering the Patent Act, patentability, patent drafting, landscaping and the Patent Cooperation Treaty

How selection works: the introductory course is assessed by a 50 mark multiple choice exam. The patent law course adds 50 marks of subjective questions.
