The range of technical services provided through these centres include skill development in Hi-Tech as well as conventional trades, material and product testing at our testing laboratories accredited by NABL / BIS, common facilities, energy audit, environment management etc.

NSIC enlists Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) under Single Point Registration scheme (SPRS) for participation in Government Purchases. The units enlisted under Single Point Registration Scheme of NSIC are eligible to get the benefits under Public Procurement Policy for Micro & Small Enterprises..

The Hub will provide professional support to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe entrepreneurs to fulfill the obligations under the Central Government procurement policy Order 2012, adopt applicable business practices and leverage the Stand Up India initiative.

To meet the credit requirements of MSME units, NSIC has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with various Nationalized and Private Sector Banks. Through syndication with banks, NSIC facilitates credit support to MSMEs (fund based or non-fund based limits) from these banks. Any MSME Unit can approach directly to any of our nearest branch office and submit their request application for loan requirement from any of these banks under our tie up agreement. The NSIC official sitting at the branch will provide hand holding support to the MSME unit by assisting them in completion of all documents as required by the bank for further submission of the credit proposal to the bank. NSIC also does the follow up with these banks. This handholding support is provided by NSIC without any cost to the MSMEs

The scheme will cover only Micro & Small Enterprises registered with NSIC under its Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS). Further, it would also cover Micro & Small Enterprises who apply to get themselves registered with NSIC under the SPRS along with all required documents in terms of the scheme and their factory is inspected before empanelment of unit under Marketing Facilitation Scheme. NSIC offer facilitation services to: Central Governments & their Departments PSUs, and other relevant organizations State / UTs Governments & their Departments Local bodies, Public / reputed Private Sector Companies. NSIC will charge 5% (inclusive of GST) of the award towards facilitation fees/commission charges.

The scheme aims at Facilitation the buyer for purchase of machinery from the NSIC empanelled Manufacturers and the approved Authorised Indian importers. Initially Top 100 Machinery manufacturers may be targeted for on boarding. Tie-ups with Indian Manufacturers of Machines & Equipments & Authorized Indian Dealers of Imported Machines & Equipments thru Agreement for on boarding with a condition of minimum Turnover of Rupees One Crore or more for the sale of Machines & Equipments in last financial year. The unit/Buyer will apply to the NSIC Office by filling Booking order form (Format No. 05) along with Terms & Condition. The Booking order will be submitted & the proposal may be accepted for Booking of Machines & Equipments on receipt of advance minimum Rs. 5,000/- or 10% price of Machines from Buyer whichever is higher, along with duly filled & signed PO Format.

Moreover, the customers can choose products and services from specific sectors, navigate through categories which suits their business / individual needs. All micro enterprises with valid Udyam registration are eligible for financial assistance of 75% on paid amount by Micro Enterprises subject to maximum Rs. 25,000/- (excluding applicable taxes) under the Adoption of e-Commerce Policy under PMS Scheme, and 80% for Micro and Small Enterprises under NSSH scheme.
