About Advisory
The advisory service is the studio's main consulting door. It runs across five tiers that scale with how much help you need, from a short free screening call, through drop-in office hours and a written starter audit, to a scoped build or project, and up to a longer embedded strategic retainer for selected ventures.
What you get

Who can apply
- India-based founders and businesses
- Groups the studio is set up for, including MSMEs and operating teams, family-capital and second-innings founders, civic and policy teams, impact and regenerative businesses, cooperatives and farmer-producer organisations, diaspora founders, and teams considering mergers or acquisitions
How selection works: There is no formal eligibility bar. Engagement begins with a fit-check screening call, and the studio declines work where it cannot add value.
