About Founders Compass
Founders Compass is the support system every ajvc portfolio company joins. It aims to take a team from an idea to a real business, with help on compliance, finance, product, hiring, sales and legal. Applications are open and there is no batch start to wait for.

Who can apply
- Any Indian company or team raising pre-seed capital, including idea-stage and solo founders.
- You do not need an incorporated company to apply.
- Plan to work on the company full-time once accepted.
How selection works: a short application, then a detailed form, then a call with the partnership. The fund replies to the first form within 48 hours and decides within a week of the call.
