About AFI AI + ClimateTech Cohort 2026-27
This is AFI's live call. It is for founders building AI-powered solutions for a climate-ready India, across climate intelligence, energy and cleantech, carbon and emissions, sustainable agriculture and food, water, circular economy and waste, sustainable mobility, and nature and biodiversity. The call opened on 7 September 2026 and closes on 1 October 2026. The cohort launches on 20 October 2026 and runs to January 2027, with a demo day in the first week of February 2027 and a valedictory on 26 February 2027.

Who can apply
- Founders with a working MVP and initial traction

- No incorporation, geography or category gate is stated
How selection works: Only 15 to 20 startups are selected. AFI's other cohorts run a first-level interview and then a jury round before announcing the cohort, and this page does not say otherwise.
