About Physical incubation
Physical incubation is the full route at AIC-NIFIE. Selected companies get structured and targeted mentoring, third-party service provider access, funding support and hands-on guidance, along with access to a network of co-founders, mentors, investors and service providers.
What you get
- Air-conditioned, closed-cabin office space for startup companies, with electrical power and free wireless internet
- Business mentoring, and advice on idea validation, technology assessment, customer discovery and financial planning
- Guidance on applying for grants
- Access to patent attorneys and company formation organisations
- Seed funding for selected projects, decided on merit
Who can apply
- Startups registered as a Private Limited Company or LLP
- Products at proof-of-concept, lab-demonstration or prototype stage
- Patents or copyrights are preferred
How selection works: startups present to a selection committee. Selected startups sign an agreement with AIC-NIFIE and IIM Mumbai.
