About Alchemist Flagship Program

This is Alchemist's main programme and the one an Indian-incorporated startup can actually join. It runs for six months and it is aimed at technical founding teams building enterprise technology. Alchemist states that its companies may be located anywhere in the world, that it has alumni across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and that its investment structure accommodates your country of incorporation. Applications are rolling and the form is live.

What you get

  • An investment into the company on founder-friendly terms, usually a SAFE, which offsets the programme's tuition fee.
  • Credits and discounts from partners for cloud computing, legal work and marketing.
  • A coach paired to you for the whole programme, plus mentors, operators and domain experts matched to your company.
  • Weekly gatherings, workshops on customer discovery, enterprise sales, go-to-market and fundraising readiness.
  • Feedback Summits: hour-long office hours with venture investors, booked first come, first served.
  • A closing Demo Day to an invitation-only investor audience, held virtually, with a live preview event in San Francisco a month earlier.
  • Co-working space in San Francisco at no cost, for founders who are there.
  • Permanent access to the alumni and mentor network after the programme ends.

Who can apply

  • Startups that monetise from enterprises. B2B and B2B2C both qualify, hardware or software, large customers or small.
  • AI-SaaS and deep tech companies. Consumer businesses do not fit.
  • Companies incorporated anywhere. There is no US incorporation requirement and no requirement to relocate.
  • Teams that are not yet incorporated: the form asks where and when you expect to register.
  • Teams of two or three are preferred. Purely technical teams are admitted. Solo founders are accepted at a higher bar.

How selection works: Alchemist weighs the founding team first and the market second. It looks for a distinctive technical founder who explains complicated things clearly, makes good trade-offs and has product sense, and for a team other talented people would want to join. Prior enterprise experience is not required. Applications are reviewed at the next review date after you submit.

How to apply: Fill in the single application form on Alchemist's apply page. You may submit at any time. You hear back within about three weeks of the review date you applied against. If invited, you sit a fifteen-minute virtual interview with a panel, and an offer follows the week after. Questions about admissions go to admissions@alchemistaccelerator.com.

One practical warning: the dates published on Alchemist's site are behind the calendar. Its questions section still describes a class starting in January 2026 as the next one, and says deadlines are listed on the home page when the home page lists none. The application form itself is live, so apply rather than waiting for a date.
