About Pitch to the Anicut Seed Fund
Anicut's Seed Fund is an investment fund, so you pitch an investor rather than apply to a programme. It takes equity in the companies it backs. It started in 2020.
Who can apply
- Tech companies from the MVP stage; deep tech and AI companies can be evaluated before an MVP
- Consumer companies with reasonable revenue and traction; idea-stage consumer startups are not evaluated
- Any sector except real estate
How selection works: If the team is interested, it schedules a call or meeting with the founders. Due diligence follows, then you present to the Investment Committee for the final go-ahead.
