About Before Day Zero
Before Day Zero is the route at Antler India for someone who has not started yet. It is described as being for highly motivated people on the cusp of starting something new who have yet to work out what that is — you may have a germ of an idea, several ideas, or none. The best moment to join, in Antler's words, is when you are certain you want to start a company at some point and have either left your current role or are making up your mind to.
It is a community, not a programme. There are no deadlines and no mandatory activities. Antler India runs curated social and professional events, small group discussions and sessions on topics like AI and the move from employee to founder, alongside dedicated support for finding a co-founder.

How selection works: Access is invite-only. Members come in through referrals from existing members and through selective picks from the waitlist.
