About Incubation for FPOs and farmers

This is the route CAIE points FPOs and farmers at. It is open continuously rather than by cohort, and the centre does not offer it with a free opening period the way it does the student and corporate routes.

What you get

  • Consultation and assistance from the incubation team
  • Market linkages and support in business development
  • Hands-on help building the business model
  • Access to a network of technical institutions
  • Introductions to accounting and legal firms
  • Help preparing a pitch deck and financial projections
  • Help preparing a Detailed Project Report
  • Fundraising assistance
  • Access to labs and equipment

Who can apply

  • Farmer Producer Organisations and working farmers
  • Agriculture and allied sectors only
  • No incorporation requirement is stated

How selection works: Not published. The centre says the process begins with registration.

How to apply: Register through the online form linked from the Services and Contact pages, or submit the printable registration form. The form asks you to say whether you are an existing farmer or part of an FPO and what your field of work is. A one-time registration fee applies. Questions go to caie@rvskvv.net.
