About Prototype and Initial Setup Funding (Jharkhand Startup Policy 2023)
This is the second stage of the Jharkhand Startup Policy 2023. An idea that the State Evaluation Board has selected can receive financial support to develop its prototype or set up the business, product or solution. The stipend is separate and is paid on top.
What you get
- Financial support for developing the prototype or initial setup, up to a ceiling set in the policy
- The stipend and special allowance continue separately and do not count against this support
Who can apply
- Ideas or concepts already selected by the State Evaluation Board at the idea, seed or prototype stage
How selection works: Selection by the State Evaluation Board comes first. The board's decision is final.
How to apply: Apply through the ABVIL portal. The portal lists the Common Incentive Disbursement Guideline claim forms. Whether the same forms apply under the 2023 policy is not stated, so confirm with the department. No application window is published.
