About DCEI incubation
DCEI's incubation is for companies founded by DA-IICT graduates. Admitted companies get individual office space and shared services on the Gandhinagar campus, for up to two years, with one possible extension of a year.
What you get
- Individual office space, computers, internet and telephone lines.
- Shared printing and secretarial support, where available.
- Mentoring from a pool in technology, finance and legal matters.
- Meetings with campus visitors such as alumni and industry professionals.
- Possible seed loan support on merit and need, for physical incubation only.
Who can apply
- DA-IICT graduates.
- Companies registered under the Companies Act, or registered within three months of joining.
- Students may join as part of a team but cannot lead a proposal.
How selection works: an executive summary and business plan are screened by the DCEI executive council, may be presented, and are reviewed by outside experts. DCEI decides admission at its own discretion.
