About 100-Day Program
The 100-Day Program is the core of the Global Insurance Accelerator. It is hybrid: the opening phase and the final three weeks are in person in Des Moines, with about nine weeks held remotely in between.
What you get
- Mentor matching, with an average of 75 mentors in the opening weeks and a small roster of mentors for the rest of the program
- An equity investment from the GIA Fund, on the same standard terms for every selected company
- Workshops, panels, roundtables with investors and sponsors, and pitch practice
- A final presentation at the Global Insurance Symposium in Des Moines
- Ongoing support for alumni after the program
Who can apply
- Early-stage insurtech companies (pre-seed to seed stage) with a solution for the insurance industry
- One or two founders who can commit to the full program
- Applicants from outside the US are welcome, but the program looks for firms with potential or current US operations on their roadmap
How selection works: a three-stage process of interviews with GIA staff and board members, then a final selection by insurance carrier investors.
How to apply: applications run from late July to the end of September, through the contact form on the site. Applications for the 2027 program are closed.
