About Decode
Decode is for startups that have moved past the idea and want to prepare for outside capital. IMPunjab describes it in two ways. The application form says it is a 12 to 14 week programme that supports early-stage startups to raise pre-seed capital. The programme page frames it as validation of customer needs and product-market fit. The homepage card describes engineering support, which the programme page does not list. Treat the application form as the most current description.
