Next Generation Incubation Scheme (NGIS)

The scheme targets to incentivize 300 select start-ups with seed-fund of up to 25 Lakh. It offers ready-to-work plug-and-play incubation, full-fledged security & vulnerability testing through a dedicated Software Product Security Testing (SPST) facility, and access to additional facilities and services of pan-India domain-specific CoEs of STPI. Soft support includes mentoring, access to VCs, networking opportunities, go-to-market support for exhibiting/showcasing products/solutions, and advisory services (HR, Legal, Accounting, IPR/Patenting). Startups in the ideation stage may be selected under a pre-incubation program for up to six months, receiving Rs. 10,000/- per month. Seed funding of up to Rs. 25.00 Lakhs will be provided to each beneficiary/supported Start-up based on innovativeness of idea, novelty of solutions, strength of team, and soundness of business proposal.
