About Raise funds on LVX (LVX Start and LVX Grow)
LVX Start is for founders raising from Pre-Seed to Series A, and LVX Grow is for companies raising from Series A to Pre-IPO. Founders list a profile, pitch to investors, and work with a lead investor where the round has one.
What you get
- Introductions to investors and syndicate leads, and founder pitch calls.
- Paperwork coordinated by LVX from commitments to closure, including term sheets and shareholder agreements.
- Help with a quarterly investor report once the round is in.
Who can apply
- Any startup. The platform has no eligibility criteria for startups.
- Companies at ideation, proof of concept, beta or revenue are all welcome.
- Stealth and private profiles are supported.
How selection works: LVX does a soft curation for Investor Connect. Only approved startups can invite and connect with investors.
How to apply: Sign up through the LVX app, complete your profile and go through curation. Signing up is free, and the fee is charged only after a deal closes.
