About Incubation
Incubation at MCC-MRF Innovation Park is described by the college as mentor support and assistance to launch a startup. It is the step the park's own live application is built for, and it is open with no closing date.
What you get
- Mentor support and help launching the company
- Incubation space on the campus, and coworking space
- Market access, business network introductions and funding exposure
- Access to a talent pool, entrepreneur-in-residence opportunities and pilot study access
- Company registration, legal assistance, accounting, and advertising and marketing support
- Use of the park's Fab Lab and its research centres
Who can apply
- Your startup entity must be no more than five years old from the date of incorporation or registration
- Its turnover must have stayed under a stated ceiling in every financial year
- It must be working towards innovation, development or improvement of products, processes or services, or be a scalable business model with high potential for employment generation or wealth creation
- It must not have been formed by splitting up or reconstructing a business already in existence
- There is no requirement to be connected to the college
How selection works: the park reviews your application, and the college describes a pitch before a jury panel within a month.
How to apply: complete the park's four-step application — your details, your startup vision, what you need from incubation, then confirmation and a declaration that the information is accurate. Questions go to info@mccmrfip.com.
