About Microsoft for Startups
Microsoft for Startups is Microsoft's own programme for young companies. It gives startups Azure cloud credits and access to AI models and developer tools, and its overview says it helps founders build fast, scale smart and sell more.
What you get
- Azure cloud credits. The India-facing page presents them as part of the offer; the overview says they unlock over time as a startup shows verified progress, service adoption and sustained Azure usage.
- Access to AI models and developer tools.
Who can apply
- Companies headquartered in a country where Azure services are available. The overview does not name India, so check this before applying.
- Companies that have not already received free Azure credits above a lifetime limit. The overview states the limit.
How to apply: Apply on Microsoft's startup site by selecting Get started and submitting an application.
