MIIF Incubation (resident, virtual and pre-incubation)

MIIF takes startups through one application. The route depends on whether you have a registered company and whether you need space. Applications are rolling and no deadline is published.

What you get

• Mentorship from domain experts, with IIT, IIM and other institutions named
• A working space in the university for the resident route
• Student interns, marketing and outreach support, and links to business mentors and investors
• Seed funding support is listed as a benefit, with no source, size or terms given
• Expert sessions, workshops, seminars and events
• Services in business and marketing strategy, operations, legal, accounting and tax, and training

Who can apply

• Incubation: registered companies that will work from the incubation centre
• Virtual incubation: registered companies that do not need office space there
• Pre-incubation (Precube): teams or individuals with an idea and no registered company
• For residency: a realistic business plan, enough resources to last at least twelve months, no direct competition with other incubatees, a product or service with a distinct technology or practice, and no pending legal claims
• No page limits applications to MUIT students

How selection works: The incubation manager reviews the form and may ask for more information. Evaluation typically takes two to five business days. The foundation weighs your growth potential, your business and revenue model, and your commitment to MIIF, then discusses your plan with you and encourages you to visit Lucknow.

How to apply: Download the incubatee application form from the Registration Form page, or use Apply Now, and send it in. Questions to office@muitincubation.com.
