About NEO: Nurturing Entrepreneurs through Orientation

NEO is NaaViC's way in for people who have an idea rather than a company. It is one of the two programmes NaaViC runs under the RKVY-RAFTAAR scheme, and its stated purpose is to nurture agripreneurs through training and an internship, and to build a pipeline of founders for incubators.

What you get

  • Grant support for selected participants
  • An internship with an established startup
  • Forty hours of specialised training
  • Mentoring from industry experts

Who can apply

  • Students, young people and research scholars with an innovative idea in agriculture or allied sectors
  • Anyone wanting to take that idea to a working prototype

How to apply: Use the Apply Now button on the NEO card on NaaViC's Programs page. It opens an application on an external service, so you will need an account there. No deadline is published.
