Incubation at the OPJU Innovation Center

The Center takes registrations at any time rather than running dated cohorts. Its published path has eight steps and runs from raw idea to a market-ready company.

What you get

• Technical and business bootcamps to build both the engineering and the commercial side.
• One-to-one mentoring from industry people and experienced founders.
• Help with company incorporation, intellectual property and compliance.
• Introductions to investors, and funding guidance.
• Help building a core team and finding co-founders.
• Branding and go-to-market work.
• Introductions to partners, potential customers and industry peers.
• A demo day where you pitch the finished product to investors and media.
• Co-working space, labs and prototyping equipment on campus.

Who can apply

• The Center's About page says it supports students, alumni, and others within and outside the university.
• Its FAQ describes it instead as the university's incubator for startups within OPJU. The two do not agree, so check before you apply if you have no link to the university.
• The registration form asks nothing about university affiliation.
• It does ask for a DPIIT number and a company address, so an incorporated company is the expected shape.

How selection works: not described beyond the Center saying that selected startups then receive structured support, training, funding guidance and incubation services.
