About JOLT (Jhansi Open Lab for Technology)
JOLT connects problems from government departments, private industries, educational institutions and citizens with startups that can solve them. The JOLT team reviews each problem before it is published.
What you get

Who can apply
- Startups building technology products, and individuals. The form lets you submit as either.
- Any stage from idea to growth
How selection works: domain experts evaluate submissions on innovation, feasibility, scalability, impact and implementation readiness.
How to apply: pick a published problem on the JOLT page and fill in the Submit a Solution form. It asks about your startup, stage, sector and your proposed solution.
