About Genesis EiR 3.0
Sahyadri says the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has approved it under the GENESIS scheme to find, support and grow startups in Tier-II and Tier-III cities. SHINE Foundation advertises Genesis EiR 3.0 as open, and the application is hosted on the ministry's own portal rather than on Sahyadri's site — which is a good sign that the intake is national rather than internal to the college.
SHINE publishes very little about this round on its own pages: no eligibility list, no duration, no closing date, and no description of what a place includes. The name suggests at least two earlier rounds have run.
