About HAX
HAX is SOSV's programme for pre-seed hard-tech founders working where science meets engineering, in areas such as energy, advanced compute, transportation, health tech and manufacturing. The residency is anchored by a 35,000 square foot headquarters in Newark. HAX also has engineering and supply-chain specialists in Pune and Shenzhen.
What you get
- A pre-seed investment from SOSV through a SAFE, so SOSV takes equity
- A six-month residency at the Newark headquarters and, when it opens, HAX Plasma Forge in Princeton
- Access to HAX engineering and supply-chain specialists

How selection works: The HAX team reviews applications on a rolling basis.
