Start it @KBC Program

The Start it @KBC Program is an intensive, founder-centric one-year acceleration program that offers 1-1 coaching, workshops, networking, e-learning, and mentorship. It is designed to speed up startup growth, expand networks, develop skills, and facilitate market expansion. Participants gain access to coworking spaces and guidance on funding, legal, and financial matters through partner referrals. The program comprises a mandatory 2-day bootcamp, an 'Accelerate' phase for the first 6 months focusing on expert introductions and progress tracking, and a 'Grow' phase for the subsequent 6 months dedicated to network expansion and continued business development. Mandatory monthly OKR sessions are conducted during the first 6 months, becoming voluntary peer-led sessions in the latter half. Graduates remain lifelong members of the Start it @KBC community and receive reduced rates on co-working spaces.
