About Seed Fund (second tranche)
The second tranche of the Bihar seed fund is an interest-free loan to startups certified under the Bihar Startup Policy. It is repaid over ten years. A startup must already have received the first tranche and used most of it before it can apply.
What you get
- A second tranche of the seed fund as an interest-free loan
- An additional share for women-led enterprises, and for SC, ST and differently abled enterprises

How selection works: After scrutiny of the documents, startups are called for an expert panel interaction, online or offline. The tranche is released after approval that follows the panel interaction.
