About YAN Angel Fund
YAN is presented on The Fintech Meetup's site as an early-stage fintech-focused angel fund, set up as a SEBI-registered Category 1 Alternative Investment Fund. Through it, angels back fintech startups with capital alongside subject-matter expertise, network, mentorship and introductions to potential customers, partners and vendors.
Who can apply
- Early-stage Indian fintech startups
- No formal eligibility criteria beyond early-stage fintech are published on the fund page
How to apply: The fund page does not publish an application form or an intake process. The site links community sign-up separately, which is not described as a fund application.
A note on attribution: the fund page presents YAN as the organisation's own fund, while outside reports attribute the YAN angel fund to Yatra Angel Network, a Mumbai-based investment firm. The site does not resolve this, so confirm which entity you are dealing with.
