About Business listing for investors
Udharaa's listing shows a business's pitch to investors on its platform. The site describes the platform as a curated fundraising platform that connects verified Indian businesses with verified investors. Every investor on the platform is screened and verified for authenticity, the site says.
What you get
- Your pitch shown to investors on the platform
- A free listing. A fee applies only after you raise funds through an investor on the platform. The site does not state the fee amount.
Who can apply
- Any registered Indian startup or business, from local D2C brands to tech companies, that meets the verification and documentation requirements
- Mandatory documents: last financial year's audited statements, basic KYC, a pitch deck and company registration details. Without these, a profile is not approved.
- Businesses that want a working partner, meaning an investor who wants operational involvement as well as capital, can register on a separate path. Its pages call it both 'Working Partner' and 'Active Business Partner', and registration on it is free.
How selection works: Udharaa reviews audited financials, GST filings, registration documents, founder identity and pitch materials. Only verified businesses are published.
How to apply: Use the Register Your Business option on the site. For the working-partner path, create a Partner Business Account on its signup page.
