About Upekkha AI Accelerator
The Upekkha AI Accelerator is the company's main programme. Its application page describes one-to-one mentorship, cohort sessions, a founder community and cloud and AI credits across AWS, GCP and Anthropic. Applications for the current round closed on 6 September 2026.
Upekkha takes equity. Its terms are a baseline equity stake plus a success fee on milestones, which can be paid in equity or in cash.

The site does not say whether a founder must be based in India.
How to apply: Apply through the form on the apply page. The form asks for the registered entity and its year of registration, the number of founders, the combined founder equity band, B2B revenue for the last 12 and last 3 months in bands, a product demo video link and a pitch deck link.
